Sol Ascension is a Solana-native idle RPG developed independently. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
When you connect your Solana wallet and play Sol Ascension, we collect and store the following:
- Wallet address - Your public Solana wallet address, used as a unique identifier for your account. We never collect your private key or seed phrase.
- Game save data - Your progress including floor reached, ascension count, gold earned, gear inventory, quests completed, and achievements unlocked.
- Leaderboard data - Your wallet address (truncated for display), best floor, total kills, hero name, and ascension count, displayed publicly on the in-game leaderboard.
- Shop purchase records - If you purchase the Holy Divine Set, we record your wallet address and the Solana transaction signature to verify ownership.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To save and restore your game progress across devices and reinstalls.
- To display your ranking on the global leaderboard.
- To verify your in-game shop purchases on-chain and grant purchased items to your account.
- To allow you to resume your game on any device by connecting the same wallet.
3. Data Storage
Your game data is stored in two places:
- On your device - Game progress is saved locally in your browser's local storage for fast access.
- On our servers - Game progress and purchase records are stored in a cloud database hosted in the United States, keyed to your wallet address.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information beyond your public wallet address.
- We do not collect your private key, seed phrase, or any sensitive wallet credentials.
- We do not use analytics tracking, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking cookies.
- We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. Blockchain Data
Solana blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature. When you make a purchase in the Sol Ascension shop, the transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain and is publicly visible. We have no control over blockchain data.
6. Data Retention
Your game data is retained for as long as you use the application. If you wish to have your data deleted from our servers, contact us at the email below and we will remove it within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Sol Ascension is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
