These Terms of Use govern your use of Sol Ascension, a Solana-native idle RPG developed independently. By playing Sol Ascension, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sol Ascension. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Wallet and Account

• Sol Ascension uses your Solana wallet address as your account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
• We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.
• You may play as a guest without connecting a wallet, but guest progress is stored locally only and will be lost if you clear your browser data or uninstall the application.

3. In-App Purchases

• Sol Ascension offers an optional in-app purchase: the Holy Divine Set armor for 0.05 SOL.
• All purchases are processed on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.
• Purchased items are tied to your wallet address and will be restored when you connect the same wallet, even after reinstalling the application.
• We are not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion, wallet errors, or insufficient funds.
• In-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the game.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the game systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to gain unfair advantages.
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the game's server-side systems or APIs.
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Sol Ascension including graphics, audio, game mechanics, and code is owned by Sol Ascension. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers

• Sol Ascension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game or cloud save services.
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Any SOL spent in the game is subject to market fluctuations that are outside our control.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sol Ascension shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sol Ascension, including but not limited to loss of game progress, wallet funds, or data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
